PRIVE is the daily appearance-maintenance app for men and the related companion website. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service.

2. Account

PRIVE is intended for users 18 and over. You may need to provide an email and optional profile details to use the service.

3. Subscription

PRIVE Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, billed via Stripe on the web or via Apple / Google in-app purchases. If you cancel before your next renewal date, no further charges will be made.

4. Refunds

We generally do not refund completed subscription periods. For refund inquiries, please contact support@prive.club.

5. Prohibited use

Do not violate others' rights, break applicable laws, reverse-engineer the service, harass others, or spread medically misleading information.

6. Disclaimer

PRIVE does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes. Conditions of partner services should be verified with each provider.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email.
